Union Indoctrinates School Teachers (& Your Children)
Do Americans want unions to indoctrinate our children? If not, why have they posted Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals on the NEA website?
Conservative Teacher shows us that the National Education Association (NEA) has more to do with destroying America than teaching our children:
On the NEA website, under Tools and Ideas, along with lesson plans and articles on classroom management, there is a resource called “Association Representative Resources.” Follow that link and then click on "Articles & Multimedia." You will see that out of all of the books in the entire world of books, the NEA recommends reading only three, one of which is Saul Alinsky's book Rules for Radicals. Here is the review (I saved this copy) from the largest teacher's union in the country:
Saul Alinsky, who was a labor and civil-rights activist from the 1910's until he died in 1972, has written here a guidebook for those who are out to change things. Alinsky was hated and defamed by powerful enemies, proof that his tactics worked. His simple formula for success... "Agitate + Aggravate + Educate + Organize"Alinsky’s rules for victory:
Eyes "If you have a vast organization, parade it before the enemy, openly show your power."Yes - Ideal lessons that explain how our children are being crippled. When the NEA's chief counsel retired earlier this year, his statements made it clear that the NEA was about union members and collective bargaining. Children are entirely irrelevant.
Ears "If your organization is small, do what Gideon did: conceal the members in the dark but raise a clamor that will make the listener believe that your organization numbers many more that it does."
Nose "If your organization is too tiny even for noise, stink up the place."
Alinsky devised and proved thirteen tactical rules for use against opponents vastly superior in power and wealth."The real action is in the enemy's reaction. The enemy properly goaded and guided in his reaction will be your major strength. Tactics, like life, require that you move with the action." Agitate + Aggravate + Educate + Organize
- "Power is not only what you have but what the enemy thinks you have.
- "Never go outside the experience of your people.
- "Wherever possible go outside of the experience of the enemy.
- "Make the enemy live up to their own book of rules.
- "Ridicule is man's most potent weapon.
- "A good tactic is one that your people enjoy.
- "A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.
- "Keep the pressure on.
- "The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.
- "Major premise for tactics is development of operations that will maintain constant pressure upon the opposition.
- "If you push a negative hard and deep enough it will break through into its counterside.
- "The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.
- "Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.
If you have patience to hear Bob Chanin's tedious sermon you'll get to his contempt for those who actually care about children. No wonder they push Alinsky's Marxism.
