Does the Lutheran Church Spread Islamic Propaganda?

My family and I went to my old church today where most of the older members have passed away and the kids have moved on. We were there to say goodbye to another family that was moving away.

After the sermon, interim Pastor Lynn Enloe passed out this pamphlet, which prominently displays a copy of this map:

Enloe said she downloaded it from Lawrence of Cyberia, a blogger who identifies herself as Diane336. Diane claims that she was inspired by Oxford University Professors John Day, John Barton and Paul Fiddes. Diane also posted this power point interpretation of her solution to the Palestinian conflict.

When I later complained to Enloe about the map, she told me that it was okayed by guest speaker Canon Iyad Qumri, who identifies himself as a “certified Israeli guide.”

If Enloe and Qumri were Klansmen I would simply dismiss them. What concerns me is that an ordained Lutheran minister of a prominent SFV church would spread such propaganda on the basis of her recent visit to Israel.

To her credit, Pastor Enloe admitted that she knew nothing about Middle East history, but the fact that an ordained Lutheran minister would spread this revisionist history is disturbing.

Enloe said that only Lutheran members were being invited to the event, now scheduled on July 11 at St. Stephen Lutheran Church, 15950 Chatsworth Street.

I hope that some people who understand the history of Israel also attend.

After decades of decline, the war on infectious disease was all but over by 1981. Faced with severe budget cuts, scientists had to make up a pandemic or sell shoes at Macy’s. So when a tiny group of gay men succumbed to their toxic misbehavior the scientists had their pretext.

In the latest attack, TAC-funder George Soros directed gay activist Jonny Steinberg (one of Soros' well-paid but scientifically incompetent South African shills) to propagandize AIDS in the pseudoscientific magazine New Scientist. Soros appears to have chosen Steinberg and NS for the same reasons that Gallo picked a security guard to investigate his career in HIV research.

NS’ reporting is so sloppy that when science fiction writer Greg Egan noted its combination of a sensationalist bent and a lack of basic knowledge by its writers, the editor admitted that NS is “an ideas magazine (that writes) about hypotheses as well as theories.” Unfortunately, NS rarely makes that distinction for readers who must speculate about the accuracy of its reports and the qualifications of its guest writers.

Like Nick Kontaratos, Kalichman, Bergman and the rest, Steinberg parrots the milk-fed propaganda – this time blaming the death of Christine Maggiore and her daughter on her scientific skepticism. It was no surprise that the truthers reflexively praised Steinberg – just as Gallo’s esteemed scientists praised Gallo’s security guard.

This incompetence was NOT an “accidental oversight” by NS.

Although the story and shills like Kalichman and truther Nick “Snout” Bennett accused Maggiore of killing her baby (160+ comments now), investigative journalist Liam Scheff posted a comment that NS viewed as unfit for its pages.

Ask yourself what was inappropriate about Scheff’s remarks?

I am wondering why the writer, Jonny Steinberg, focuses on one mother, who may have simply been a bad mother, or someone who didn't know much about health, instead of focusing on the dozens to hundreds of deaths buried in the AIDS drug Uganda trials?

Or in the death by AIDS drug of tens of thousands of people over the years, as the drugs have been cycled down and down and down in dose, (often to no improvement in health, that is they still kill the patient)? Mr. Steinberg, will you try, for your next article, to contact Jonathan Fishbein, who lost his job and career for blowing the whistle on the NIH fraud in Uganda? Will you talk to the family of Joyce Ann Hafford, who was killed by Nevirapine, or by anyone whose friend or relative died on any AIDS drug?

You paint a one-sided picture, and it reeks of pay-for-play. You have no previous articles in New Scientist, and one is left to wonder what your motives are? The political attack arm of the AIDS industry infiltrates media and creates smear campaigns in order to deflect from the hundreds and thousands of tragedies, errors and crimes perpetrated by the AIDS pharma industry, in selling its wares to the public.

Journalism is supposed to serve the public good by putting a light on the dishonesty of institutions. You have uncovered, badly, what was already in public view - a woman with some health issues and many enemies has died. There are sufficient political reasons to think that she was killed, but that question is never raised.

She was hounded by the AIDS pharmaceutical industry, and many prayed loudly and openly for her demise and downfall, and death, for over a decade.What effect will that have on a human body?

I do not have the details necessary to answer the questions of Christine Maggiore's fitness or lack of fitness as a parent. I would say she was perhaps too zealous or highly naive in taking such a political stand against such a juggernaut.

On the other hand, please see the cases of the tens of thousands who died on high dose AIDS drugs in the 80s and 90s. Please review the Uganda trial. Please review the case of Joyce Ann Hafford, among others, and put some perspective in your histrionic and political article.

Dangerous words indeed.

In this case, NS found it easier to kill Scheff’s comment than admit their magazine posts unproven and unscientific hypotheses and theories.

If HIV/AIDS was a scientific disease, the proof would speak for itself. But as a political disease, US Government agencies like NIAID refer inquiries to AIDSTruth in the land of Apartheid, where the mountains of Africa’s dead miners continue to grow. So much is at stake that hedge fund managers like Soros now pay the offspring of Apartheid to beat the dead woman with her dead child.

The role of the Ford and Tides foundations and Soros Hedge Fund also explains why pro-Soros websites like Huffington, Daily Kos, TruthOut and MoveOn entirely ignore this 30-year controversy and their complicity in the mine-related genocide of Africa's poorest and most vulnerable people.

The AIDSTruth Rats Scatter

Now that Dr. James Murtagh has unwittingly exposed the corrupt South African group AIDSTruth for what it is, the pseudoscientists are desperately trying to distance themselves from Murtagh - like rats from a ship.

In their latest release, the truthers find Murtagh’s behavior repugnant and declare that "the Cape High Court found no evidence" that the Treatment Action Campaign (TAC) “has any financial relationship with the pharmaceutical industry.” Murtagh's emails speak for themselves.

While that might be technically correct, TAC regularly receives funding from the Treatment Action Group (TAG), which accepts generous funding from companies like Boehringer Ingelheim, Bristol-Myers Squibb and DeBeers - which just happens to employ tens of thousands of low wage diamond miners in South Africa.

But after a year or more association with Celia Farber's co-defendants, it’s hard to imagine why they think they can deny collaborating with him. Check out this email from truther Brian Foley PhD (Los Alamos National Laboratory) to Murtagh and Cornell truther John Moore PhD (Page 33):

On a related note…

In my report from last Sunday, I cited Jock McCulloch’s comprehensive history of the African Mining History (1880~2013). His report appears to be the blueprint of what eventually produced the methods and motives to kill workers who suffered from mining-related lung diseases. If corrupt doctors misdiagnose these diseases as HIV and AIDS they can blame, poison and kill their liabilities before their dying workforce can sue.

The Mbini case is about the fate of one man but it also has a wide frame of reference. There is much undiagnosed and uncompensated silicosis among gold miners. As the Chief Inspector of Mines, Mavis Hermanus, has commented: ‘The unchanged rate of silicosis is a current problem in the mining industry. Data from 1975 to 2001 indicate that we are not making progress against the disease.’ According to Eric Geilitshana, the National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) Secretary for Health and Safety, 40 percent of South African gold miners have silicosis, an estimate consistent with the recent epidemiology. Mbini may well be the first step in a massive class action involving hundreds of thousands of miners from Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Swaziland, Mozambique, and Botswana, all of which supplied labour to Anglo American. If those claims eventuate, the corporation’s liability could be as high as R50 billion. Even if unsuccessful, Mbini may well bring a change to work practices in South Africa’s mines…

This article examines the history of silicosis and in particular the question as to how a pandemic of disease could have remained invisible for over half a century. The narrative focuses upon the relationship between capital, labour, and medical researchers, and in particular the collusion between state agencies and employers. It reviews the Mbini case in terms of the history of the gold mines, the medical knowledge of disease and the operation of workers’ compensation schemes…

The Rand mines are the largest and deepest in the world and historically they have been among the most dangerous. At the beginning and close of the twentieth century those mines faced a crisis over silicosis. The first crisis ran from 1896 to 1912; the second began in 1996. Both have threatened the industry’s survival…

The Rand system of dust sampling has a corollary in the so-called Threshold Limit Values (TLVs) which were used widely in the US to measure the risk of silicosis in foundries and mines. Such thresholds were based on the assumption that if exposure to toxins could be kept below a certain level, then workplaces would be safe. The idea of TLVs appealed to industry. Specific hazards could be negotiated between experts appointed by employers and government, thereby shifting debate about risk away from public scrutiny. Trade unions were perceived to have no scientific expertise and therefore no role to play in such discussions… to compensate only 10 percent of the workforce proved expensive…

The intimate relationship between the Chamber of Mines, the Department of Mines and the research community is epitomized by the Institute. Those three groups shared the same research focus and a common source of funding through mine revenue. They also shared the same personnel, as key researchers moved between one sector and the other. The same men served on state commissions and departmental committees, and represented the Chamber at public inquiries. That made it difficult for an individual to confront the mining houses over the dust hazard…

In 1926 (Anthony) Mavrogordato wrote a 120-page review of the medical literature on silicosis reflecting upon the issues of risk and disease. He identified three key problems on the Rand: the difficulties of diagnosis, the synergy between silicosis and tuberculosis, and the intractability of the dust burden. He noted that more cases of silicosis were picked up at autopsy than during routine X-rays. For example, a man killed in an accident after only three years underground would at autopsy show definite signs of fibrosis even though he was at the time of death in apparent good health. That finding suggested that the disease rates might be higher than was officially recognized, an observation which subsequent research confirmed. Mavrogordato also believed that the minor changes to lung tissue found at autopsy, but invisible in X-rays, greatly increased the risk of tuberculosis. That in turn suggested that tuberculosis was being exported to the labour-sending areas, a problem the industry has always denied…

Mavrogordato’s paper suggests it was virtually impossible to reduce dust to a level at which silicosis and tuberculosis would not occur. The use of water to lay dust increased the chances of tuberculosis. Even sub-clinical silicosis increased a miner’s susceptibility to infection… The underlying cause was the perennial problem of dust and disease…

The Leon Commission of 1995 was held at a difficult time for the industry, which was not keen to see the issue of occupational disease debated at a public forum. The Chamber was reluctant to discuss silicosis and its initial submission on lung disease was two and a half pages in length. The Commission found that silica dust levels on the gold mines had been unchanged for more than fifty years and suggested the same may be true of the incidence of silicosis. This was a significant finding. In 1997 a joint initiative by the ILO, the WHO and the South African government to eliminate silicosis was established. It features a Tripartite Committee comprising workers (the NUM and the Mines Workers’ Union), employers (Chamber of Mines) and the government (Departments of Health and Minerals and Energy). The Committee’s brief is to oversee the eradication of silicosis by the year 2013. That is going to be a difficult task…

… the National Institute of Occupational Health (NIOH) in Johannesburg and… University of Cape Town has identified a pandemic of hitherto undiagnosed and uncompensated silicosis involving hundreds of thousands of miners. In 1997, T. W. Steen et al… found a rate of silicosis of between 27 and 31 percent; of that number, almost 7 percent had life-threatening fibrosis… Anna Trapido’s study on Libode confirmed these data. Trapido estimates the prevalence of pneumoconiosis at between 22 and 36 percent. Yet only 2 percent of miners at Libode with silicosis have received compensation…

Churchyard et al… found the prevalence of previously undiagnosed silicosis at between 18 and 23 percent. Jill Murray estimates that up to 60 percent of miners will eventually develop silicosis. The synergy between silicosis and a number of infectious diseases makes the problem all the greater. As the Chief Inspector of Mines, Mavis Hermanus, commented in 1998: ‘Dust exposure drives a four-fold increase in tuberculosis (TB), while TB accelerates HIV infection and AIDS symptoms, which in turn accelerate the symptoms of TB… The under-reporting of silicosis raises the spectre of a backlog of compensation claims. Steen et al. found that the Medical Bureau for Occupational Diseases (MBOD) underestimates the rate of silicosis by a factor of between four and ten. That is in line with Trapido, who suggests there are 196,000…

… Extrapolating from Churchyard, 80,000 men currently employed on the mines are eligible for compensation. Given the rate at which the workforce has replaced itself over the past twenty years, there should be a further 200,000 compensatable cases in the neighbouring states of Southern Africa. Neil White costs the shortfall in compensation at around R2.8 billion. Under common law, to those figures must be added the costs of pain and suffering, the areas in which working-class plaintiffs usually have the strongest claims for compensation…

The Mbini case raises the question as to how such a disease burden could have gone unrecognized for so long. There are parallels with the scandals over silicosis and black lung in the US, and more recently with miners’ asthma and bronchitis in the UK. In both those cases recognition of occupational injury and then compensation took decades to achieve. In South Africa the labour markets, the economic importance of gold mining and the political environment have made recognition even more difficult. The system of medicals at the Bureau was never adequate to identify first stage silicosis among white miners. The Departments of Health and Mines in Pretoria enjoyed a monopoly over the data on disease, and took no interest in black workers once they had left the industry. The lack of biomedical care in rural South Africa and in the labour-sending states of Lesotho, Swaziland, and Mozambique further obscured the incidence of silicosis. Under-funded and under-resourced health systems were at their worst in dealing with a chronic disease for which there is no easy diagnosis and no treatment. Under minority rule the state was reluctant to give researchers access to labour-sending communities. When Marianne Felix from the NIOH began pioneering work among asbestos miners at Mafefe in the late 1980s, she encountered resistance from the Departments of Health and Mines. The same happened five years later when Anna Trapido began work on silicosis in the Eastern Cape.

This is the same resistance met by scientists and journalists today who ask questions about the existence of HIV and AIDS causation.

In 1989, Peter Duesberg presented indisputable evidence that HIV does not attack cells or cause AIDS – if HIV exists at all. The latest AIDSTruth press release proves their willingness to lie. The Mbini Case provides us with more evidence that HIV is, and always has been, a disease that was designed to save Africa's deadly mining industry.

AIDS in Africa: Connecting the Dots

As readers may know, the embarrassing revelations of my ongoing investigation into HIV/AIDS is now generating outrage from these South African gay activist groups and their sympathizers at ASRU, ITPC, Project Inform, TAG and universities like Syracuse, Cape Town, Johns Hopkins, Weill, Yale and the Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Because these individuals and organizations are tied directly or indirectly to this gay South African advocacy group, mounting evidence suggests that South Africa may be ground zero in AIDS mythology.

Why South Africa?

Several months ago, I described how companies like Shell and DeBeers could benefit from the promotion of AIDS and, years earlier, investigative journalist Janine Roberts reported how the diamond mining company DeBeers uses AIDS to avoid asbestosis and silicosis liability. In terms of mortality, credible reports show that HIV and AIDS has always been statistically irrelevant in the US (and Europe, Australia and South Africa [2007]) and preventable deaths due to ADRs kill and injure millions each year in America alone.

In this report (2009) RMIT Professor Jock McCulloch exposes a motive for the land of Apartheid to promote the mythology of AIDS in Africa:

Mbini worked at the President Steyn mine in Welkom from 1958 to September 1997. Prior to his retirement due to silicosis he was earning (~$109) a month as a stope team leader. Mbini has silicosis and tuberculosis and he is claiming damages of (~$110,000). That consists of the loss of past and future earnings of (~$49,000). Mbini’s claim of (~$18,500) for pain, suffering and loss of amenities of life is very low compared with claims made routinely before United Kingdom, US and Australian courts. His condition is almost certain to worsen and he will need annual X-rays, lung function tests, and medication for chronic pain. Bacterial infections will require periodic hospitalization. For that reason he is claiming (~$42,000) for future hospital and medical expenses. Silicosis is a vile disease for which there is no effective treatment. It is bad enough for those who have access to modern medical care; in South Africa the burden of disease among gold miners and their families is much heavier.

Mbini’s case is being led by the British lawyer Richard Meeran. It falls into three parts: the duty of the defendant to the plaintiff, the breach of that duty, and the level of compensation to be paid. Mbini claims that Anglo American knew or should have known that silica dust causes silicosis and tuberculosis. It knew that the risk could be reduced by preventing the release of dust during mining or by providing miners with respirators. It should have provided clean overalls, and adequate washing and laundry facilities. Finally, Anglo American should have removed all dust from the hostels in which Mbini lived, and funded testing for lung impairment.

McCulloch also cites the Leon Commission (1995), which reported that between 1900 and 1995, “69,000 mineworkers had died… and more than a million were seriously injured,” mostly suffering from lung diseases like asbestosis, silicosis and tuberculosis. As a result of liability claims, 250,000 jobs were lost and the JCI mining company went bankrupt.

However, by paying company physicians to blame their politically-defenseless (and mostly illiterate) black laborers for “irresponsible sex” (HIV/AIDS), these 1600+ mining companies (doc file) and their shareholders can save billions in liability by simply diagnosing HIV infection and distributing poisons like Retrovir and addictive hypnotics like Efavirenz as “life-saving medications.” In this way, these mining companies kill off their sick laborers before the Hottentots can sue.

Based upon the demands of Treatment Action Campaign (TAC) founder Zackie Achmat, mining companies like AVGold, AngloGold, Gold Field, AngloAmerican and RandGold now boast aggressive HIV/AIDS testing and treatment. Some now project the elimination of silicosis by 2013. By then, silicosis mortality will have plummeted as significantly as AIDS mortality will climb, giving the numbers gay activists need to perpetuate the myth of the "ravages of AIDS."

The group pushing the AIDS mythology hardest is TAC, which is funded by the Treatment Action Group (TAG) – which is not only funded by a who’s who of pharmaceutical, mining, gay rights, entertainers and politicians, but is also the lead defendant in Celia Farber’s libel lawsuit.

The Ford Foundation also funds TAC, as well as the University of Cape Town units that control, operate and manage the attack dogs at AIDSTruth. The gay activists at the Tides Foundation and George Soros’ Open Society Institute (OSI) are also key players.

Because Ford, Tides, and OSI funding is a well-guarded secret, it’s hard to tell exactly how their donors influence those funds. But based upon the dots collected so far, it’s hard to ignore how or why 1,600 mining companies, their UN member countries and their funding of the World Health Organization (WHO) would push the AIDS mythology as hard as they do in the highest levels of government. Because slavery is considered bad political form, AIDS gives the world the next best thing – in the name of compassion. It’s brilliant!

By the way, £50,000 is still available to anyone who proves HIV exists and causes AIDS. After so many years, one would have thought that pot would’ve been collected my now.

NIAID "Believes" HIV Causes AIDS

When the gay activists at AIDSTruth attacked me for exposing alleged HIV co-discoverer Robert Gallo MD as a fraud and the AIDS drug Sustiva (Efavirenz) as a highly addictive hypnotic drug that produces AIDS-like symptoms when stopped, I wrote:

… when I visited Tony Fauci’s website today a survey appeared asking me if there was any way I could improve the service at NIH. I asked them to send me a PDF of the report that shows exactly who, when, where, and how HIV was proven to cause AIDS. As the director of infectious disease, Fauci should be able to send me something. If you think I'm making this up, ask him yourself.

If the evidence is overwhelming, one would assume that proof exists that HIV attacks cells and causes AIDS. The fact that the National Institutes of Health (NIH) would supplement “their evidence” with a link to these pharmaceutically-funded South African gay activist groups is also telling. If the National Institutes of Health cannot provide direct evidence of how scientists PROVED that HIV attacks cells and causes AIDS, their BELIEF is nothing more than theology. I invite others to ask the NIH for proof as Mr. Stokely did.

The Truth About AIDSTruth.org

As I enter the second year of my investigation into HIV/AIDS, it has become clear that the disease is nothing more than a non-pathogenic political disease.

With the mortality numbers that are grossly exaggerated to extort funding from US taxpayers to fund the drug industry and gay movement, the vast majority of its victims only get sick or die when they take an HIV test, ingest AZT, or abruptly stop the highly addictive hypnotic drug Sustiva (Efavirenz).

Born during the perfect storm of Christian Conservatism and the prospect of prison and unemployment for corrupt scientists, HIV was conceived in 1981 when the toxic lifestyles of a few gay men finally caught up with them.

When conservative Christians like Anita Bryant wrongly blamed the entire gay community for the reckless behavior of a few promiscuous nitrite-huffing drug-addicted antibiotic-popping colon-flushing STD-infected homosexuals, activists retaliated. And when Robert Gallo blamed the lifestyle toxicity on the non-existent retrovirus, the political disease was fertilized and carried to term in South Africa, where the anti-Apartheid movement was in full swing.

In 1981, South African forces were developing chemical agents for use against activists and conducted raids at suspected terrorist hide outs. Bishop Desmond Tutu was arrested and the UN blacklisted 65 companies with links to the country. Anti-Apartheid terrorists bombed mines, courts, bus, train and police stations.

When Zackie Achmat turned 19 that year, he was already a five-year veteran of the movement. At 14, he set fire to his school to force students to boycott classes and, at 16, worked as a gay prostitute while sharpening his skills as a youth, labor and “community organizer.” Like the gay organizations that demanded AZT in the US, Achmat pressured the pharmaceutical industry and South African officials to deliver the same drugs and testing in Africa. Faced with the prospect of opening another multi-billion dollar market with billions of dollars in taxpayer funding, the pharmaceutical industry reluctantly complied.

As a “community organizer,” and radicalized communist, Achmat’s top strategy has been to bus hundreds of malnourished, illiterate and impoverished people from the countryside for a drive to the city. Once there, he hands out hundreds of Treatment Action Campaign (TAC) AIDS/HIV tee-shirts, food and cash. During at least one demonstration, he handed out $100 bills to these “activists” – a fantastic sum for most. Today whenever his buses appear, villagers scramble for the free meal and tee-shirt – having no idea that no one has ever found what Achmat calls the HIV virus. The pharmaceutical and left-wing funding eventually made Achmat's pro-Communist Treatment Action Campaign (TAC) one of the most effective protest machines in the world. To his credit, Achmat admitted that he and TAC are scientifically illiterate.

Although TAC denies receiving funding from the pharmaceutical industry, TAC receives funding from the Treatment Action Group, which receives significant funding from the pharmaceutical industry.

Achmat associate Eduard Grebe is also a paid “AIDS Advocate” for the so-called AIDS & Society Research Unit at the University of Cape Town: which is funded by leftist groups like the Ford Foundation, SANPAD, HEARD, FAFO, Yale University, the South African National Research Foundation, and UNAIDS. The Atlantic Philanthropies alone granted $2 million to the unit in 2007.

The fact that a “research unit” employs paid advocates is critical. Grebe is not only Achmat’s ex-boyfriend, but he also manages and controls the attack website, AIDSTruth.org – which is where Jeanne Bergman posted her hit piece on me last week.

NOTE: To be clear (no wonder no one lets her do real research), I was falsely charged after the LAPD acquitted me of all charges based upon the facts of the case. I returned to the LAPD in 1994 after the judge and prosecutor were found guilty of misconduct. The original prosecutor was accused of filing more than 100 false complaints. I retired from the LAPD in 2000. Bergman's suggestion that my innocence was not based upon the "facts of the case" is refuted by the fact that competent prosecutors refused to refile the case.

Bergman, whose biggest revelation is easily found in my own biography, doesn’t even have one. Although she calls herself a PhD, I found no evidence of any academic achievement or even a real degree other than her self-promotion on the South African website and other recipients of drug money. Like fellow researcher Nikolas Kontaratos, who identified himself as a 20-year police veteran but is actually a highly trained security guard and filter salesman, Bergman uses her alleged PhD to give credibility to whatever the drug companies tell her to say.

This could also explain why she was too embarrassed to identify herself in Nashville. Until she called Celia Farber a F-----G LIAR!, I don’t recall ever having a problem with unaccomplished aging gender-confused or personality-challenged butch women. All in all, however, I respect Bergman’s role as the pharmaceutical industry’s most rabid junkyard dog. Like Zackie Achmat, she’s just doing what she’s paid to do.

It also explains why the same gay activists attacked when Celia Farber examined the death of Joyce Ann Hafford. But because their attack was emotionally and politically driven and funded by the drug companies, their alleged "56 errors" were easily refuted and dismissed. Despite the withering heterophobic attacks from South Africa's pseudoscientific gay activists, Harper's still stands by the story.

Unfortunately for the Truthers, Bergman detracts from the diaphanous credibility that other academic non-achievers like Jeffrey "Meisha" DeShong, John Moore and James Murtagh once had. The evidence now shows that all of these Truthers are paid by pro-communist gay organizations to attack rather than actually present evidence like real scientists and medical doctors.

While good science is self-evident, bad science can only be defended by attacking those who raise legitimate questions. Although I was once impressed by people who earned advanced degrees, I’m beginning to see why it’s easy for experienced criminal investigators to see right through them.

American Thinker posted Lloyd Marcus’ essay about growing up black in a liberal environment:

The popular black students in the mostly white school were athletically and/or academically gifted. I was neither.

Then something wonderful happened. Every month, the best four art pieces from the entire school art classes were displayed in the lobby. My paintings were selected numerous times. This was not Affirmative Action. My paintings were displayed solely based on merit.

This achievement helped me to realize I had talent. It dramatically impacted my self esteem and life. I won scholarships to art college and enjoyed an award winning career as a television Graphic Designer.

But what if my school had embraced a liberal mindset so prevalent today? "EVERY child should experience the feeling of having their artwork displayed in the lobby. It's only fair". If every student's artwork was displayed, it would have robbed me of the knowledge that I possessed above average artistic talent.

Liberals frown upon individual achievement. I heard a news story about a kid banned from Little League pitching because he threw TOO hard. Rather than welcoming an opportunity to raise the game of the batters, Liberals chose to force the gifted pitcher to lower his game. Many schools even ban the keeping of score at sporting events. Typical, touchy, feel-ly, let's not cause anyone to feel bad, liberalism.

Fauci's Goons Attack the Messenger

When the mostly illiterate believers of Islam rioted and murdered after a Danish newspaper published a few cartoons, I wondered why the believers of a prophet could possibly have been insulted by something as innocuous as an illustration. Prophets who move mountains do not concern themselves with Danish cartoons or pastries.

So when celebrated PhDs and MDs from Cornell, Yale, Harvard, and the Los Alamos National Laboratory respond with similar hysteria to my simple question, one cannot help but wonder about the state of our universities, research centers, and medicine.

Although never proven, I'll stipulate that:

1. HIV is a retrovirus;



2. During our lifetime, most humans (and animals) will eventually acquire an immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS).

Instead of sending proof that HIV attacks cells and causes AIDS, these alleged researchers sent me dozens of papers like these (1, 2, 3, 4) that they said proved AIDS causation. Upon closer inspection, each ASSUMED HIV causes AIDS. In many ways, AIDS research resembles Ptolemy’s Universe in that the volumes of research only attempt to explain an unproven fallacy. None attempt to prove causation.

When I wrote about Dr. Robert Gallo and the security guard who wrote his biography, I described what detectives and psychologists call consciousness of guilt, which can be summed up this way: Innocent people don’t hide facts the way that guilty people do.

After posting my revelations about Sustiva and Gallo’s biography, MDs, PhDs, and gay activists who coincidentally receive or control millions of dollars each year in pharmaceutical and NIH funding are finally showing themselves as the fanatical theocrats they are. Led by NIAID Director Anthony Fauci MD, Nikolas Kontaratos, and Jeffrey DeShong, these PhDs and MDs are working overtime to attack me for nothing more than asking THAT embarrassing question.

One would think that the recipients of HIV funding would be so busy trying to cure AIDS that they wouldn’t have time to ponder my sexual orientation. But for someone like U. Conn Psychology Professor Seth Kalichman, this is clearly not the case.

After Dr. Jeanne Bergman attacked me on her blog, Dr. Moore attacked me for characterizing the first alleged victims of AIDS as "a small group of promiscuous, addicted, nitrite-huffing, gonorrheal and syphilitic bath house veterans." While I never characterized the overwhelming majority of productive and responsible gay men who never succumbed to HIV or AIDS in this way, this accurately describes America’s first AIDS sufferers. Subsequent victims included anyone who took an HIV test and AZT, including healthy people like Joyce Ann Hafford, Arthur Ashe, and Ryan White. Goons like Moore and Bergman then used their mortality as evidence that AIDS was “ravaging our country” when, in fact, the leading US medical journal doesn’t even list AIDS as a leading cause of death.

Moore supported Bergman’s report in the same way that HIV researchers have been signing and endorsing each others’ papers since the early 1980s – not to mention the way Barbara Culliton and doctors Sardgadharan, Zagury, and Blattner cheered the filter salesman’s book about Gallo and the history of HIV.

Although several gay men supported my investigation, one of Moore’s peers accused me of being gay, as if I would be ashamed of my sexuality whatever it is. As a black lesbian who loves women and is trapped in a white man’s body, I’m not sure how my sexual orientation has anything to do with questions related to HIV causation and AIDS.

Which reminds me – when I visited Tony Fauci’s website today a survey appeared asking me if there was any way I could improve the service at NIH. I asked them to send me a PDF of the report that shows exactly who, when, where, and how HIV was proven to cause AIDS. As the director of infectious disease, Fauci should be able to send me something. If you think I'm making this up, ask him yourself.

I’m sure they’ll get right back to me.

A Simple Question

In 1984, then-Health & Human Services (HHS) Director Margaret Heckler declared that Robert Gallo had found the cause of AIDS.

Since then, Gallo's proof is less clear.

One of the most remarkable mysteries surrounding HIV and AIDS is that the researchers, universities and activists who receive millions of dollars are the only ones who have actually seen HIV attack cells and cause AIDS. Conversely, scientists and researchers who do not receive millions of dollars in research funding have never seen it.

So, to all the researchers, scientists, doctors, students, and taxpayers who have funded a trillion dollars in AIDS research, I ask this question:

When, where, how and who proved that HIV attacks cells and causes AIDS?

The Harpy Doth Protest Too Much

Forty years ago, if someone had suggested that learned scientists would one day demand that taxpayers spend billions of dollars fighting things like retroviruses and carbon dioxide, we would have viewed it too absurd to consider.

Fast forward to 2009 when after millions of years of evolution, a handful of quack scientists have declared these innocuous things as Public Enemy #1. In California, residents and farmers are rationing water so that the Sacramento Smelt will survive.

Lured by money and fame, the quack scientists use fear and intimidation to coerce others to accept their theology – not unlike the way the Klan targeted blacks who refused to vote for Democrats after the Civil War.

I say this because after inviting Steven A. Siegelbaum, PhD and Seth Kalichman PhD to provide proof that HIV attacks cells and causes AIDS, Tony Fauci and his pharmaceutically- and NIH- funded heterophobes have declared war, comparing me to white supremacists and holocaust deniers.

After having dealt with hundreds of outraged felons during my career, I’m used to guilty people whining about their innocence. Jeanne Bergman PhD, whose scientific career appears to be limited to blogging, sounded a lot more like Queen Gertrude than a real scientist. Instead of posting proof in the form of a link like this one, she railed and whined and accused and complained and fussed and bemoaned and bitched like a scorned harpy who demands to know why her man is finally leaving her.

After dealing with these prissy PhDs and MDs, I long for the days when I pursued gangsters who behaved much more like real men.

In a way, they also reminded me of a game I used to play with my son. As we explored our backyard together, we occasionally found a short twig that we identified as a “magic stick.”

What made these twigs magical was that, when raised to his nose, I immediately looked beyond where he stood, leaving him to believe that the stick had real powers that rendered him invisible.

This worked quite well until, one afternoon, he pushed a chair to the kitchen counter and, with his “magic stick” pressed against his nose, stood on the chair and grabbed a handful of freshly baked cookies. Unfortunately, his mother also had magical powers and interrupted his scheme. Although he believed that no one would notice him, his efforts were obvious to any passing grown-up.

Like my then-five-year-old, the Harpy and her goon friends press their university degrees against their noses, believing that no one will notice their mischief. If they were grown-ups they’d be mortified.

Those heterophobes doth protest too much, methinks.

Rants from the Villiage Idiot

Since I began blogging in 2005, I have received an overwhelming number of comments and arguments from visitors from around the world. These comments increased when I began my investigation into the pharmaceutical industry. I encourage visitors to post comments so that my readers and I can better understand the arguments and issues I write about.

This morning, I received one of many comments from Jeffrey DeShong. Like James Murtagh MD, Kevin Kuritzky, Seth Kalichman, Nikolas Kontaratos, Barbara Culliton, John Moore, Robert Gallo, Steve Siegelbaum, and other truthers, Jeffrey “Todd” DeShong (aka Meisha, Maria, & JT) plays a lesser but vital role for NIH boss, Tony Fauci.

Ordinarily when confronted by someone like Jeffrey, citizens call police officers who are trained and authorized to evaluate and transport crazies to padded cells where they can’t hurt themselves or bother other people. Unfortunately, such individuals can spend an inordinate amount of time on the Internet stalking, harassing, or blogging about their obsessions and compulsions. It’s not their fault – it’s just the way they are.

When coherent university professors, PhD candidates or physicians ask embarrassing questions about HIV and AIDS policy, Fauci appoints useful idiots like Kontaratos and Kalichman to author books and goons like Moore to threaten and attack those professionals with email and websites.

But when investigators and their witnesses discuss these issues online, Fauci's goons dispatch people like Jeffrey to disrupt, embarrass, and intimidate those witnesses. And because of their psychological disposition, crazies are assumed not to possess the mental capacity to commit crimes - which makes it difficult to hold them accountable in criminal or civil courts.

As a 45-year-old single man who has no meaningful or spiritual life, assets, profession, or prospects, Jeffrey lives alone with his mother in her small Texas rental. Like the unloved target of a child molester, Jeffrey was easily seduced and exploited by Moore and other goons who reward Jeffrey with the love and respect he cannot find in normal healthy relationships. In return, Jeffrey attacks and disrupts forums and participants – poisoning the well and making those who argue with him look silly.

A Note to Professor Seth Kalichman

Last Sunday, I wrote this note to Columbia Professor Steven A. Siegelbaum, PhD who allegedly wrote in this email:

… you know that there is overwhelming scientific evidence that a retrovirus known as HIV exists, is transmitted by bodily fluids and destroys the immune system of infected people, leaving them vulnerable to opportunistic infections. Without antiretroviral treatment, advanced HIV disease (AIDS) almost invariably results in death.

I’m not sure why, but Dr. Siegelbaum has not yet responded to my message.

On the other hand, Seth Kalichman teaches psychology at the University of Connecticut. Because he receives generous funding from Tony Fauci at the NIH, he blogs about HIV, AIDS and those he derisively calls denialists.

Because Seth purports to have the same unbiased investigative expertise that I acquired during the past 29 years, I wrote the following email to him. He has refused to post my questions or comments, which suggests that he may be intimidated by real investigators. In any case, I will be happy to post a dialogue between Kalichman and me if and when he decides to.

As a university professor with close links to the NIH, like Gallo, Fauci and Siegelbaum, Seth is highly qualified to provide responses to my questions. His blog proves that he has lots of time on his hands as well.

I heard your recent interview on the topic of what you call “AIDS denialism” and was intrigued by your comments.

Because you promote yourself as an unbiased investigator, I thought you might be interested to hear from someone who has actually qualified as such in state tests and too many courts to list.

Unlike you, I am a licensed investigator and retired member of the Los Angeles Police Department. I have conducted thousands of criminal and civil investigations since 1980. During the course of those investigations and training, I have learned how to recognize charlatans, fraudsters and con men,as well as their behavioral traits. I have physically examined, interviewed and tested several thousand IV drug users and have trained dozens of police officers during the course of my 29-year career. I have never been paid by any party to promote one side or the other in any dispute.

Real investigators collect and present evidence in court, under oath, under penalty of perjury.

As a court-appointed private investigator for the defense, I dropped defendants who I learned were factually guilty, lied to me or asked me to misrepresent facts and evidence – even when my career was at risk. Simply put, this is the ethical standard by which competent investigators behave.

You, on the other hand, are compensated by Tony Fauci to promote what now appears to be the unproven concept that HIV attacks cells and causes AIDS.

I base my assessment on these undisputed facts:

1. NIH suddenly withdrew all research funding to Peter Duesberg and other researchers who question the unproven causation of AIDS,
   
   
2. NIH funds and compensates those who promote the unproven assumption that HIV causes AIDS,
   
   
3. NIH directly, or indirectly, compensates unqualified and unlicensed investigators like you to promote their unproven ideas on their behalf.
   
   

As a career investigator, it is impossible to ignore the parallels between you and your book and the security guard who not only sells filters from his garage but also investigated this definitive history of HIV for Robert Gallo. The fact that you, Robert Gallo and Security Officer Nick Kontaratos were compensated with NIH funding cannot be ignored.

Why the NIH would fund and promote obscure professors and filter salesmen as legitimate investigators suggests what real investigators often recognize as consciousness of guilt. If what they believe is competently defensible, they wouldn’t pay someone as unqualified as you and Kontaratos to defend them.

And since individuals like Barbara Culliton, Sarngadharan, Zagury and Blattner also celebrated and promoted Kontaratos’book, it’s easy to see how their works and yours also found publication.

In any case, one does not need to be a psychology professor or Sherlock Holmes to recognize how those corrupted by greed, ambition, narcissism, or complexes of inferiority might crave unmerited respect from others. After decades of no discernable or recognizable achievement, you and Kontaratos appear to be ideal NIH candidates to attack the unfunded critics of Robert Gallo and Anthony Fauci as denialists.

Your role is certainly not without precedence. When the heretical-denialist-non-scientist-mathematician Galilei Galileo questioned centuries of the scientific consensus regarding geocentric astronomy, he was attacked by paid individuals like you as a heretic. Under penalty of death, he was ordered to retract his heresy and, when he recanted, was ordered to house arrest for the remainder of his life. What do you think that did to peers who secretly agreed with him? What do you think that did for the advancement of science and astronomy?

Like Pope Urban, Tony Fauci withdraws all funding and attacks uncorrupted academics like Peter Duesberg and Rebecca Culshaw who raise legitimate questions. Like the ex-Pope and stereotypical Italian mobsters, Fauci and Gallo exploit individuals like you, Culliton, DeShong, Zagury, Blattner and Moore to attack heretics rather than present the evidence your critics have requested for more than two decades.

Indeed, it is your participation in these attacks that implicates you, Gallo, Fauci and their enablers in something far different from the coherent defense of legitimate science.

If you examine the application criteria for investigators, you will see that strict laws require qualified applicants to be licensed so that the community and courts can be confident that a licensee can competently conduct unbiased investigations. More importantly, if we violate the terms and conditions of our license, we will lose our license and career.

Uncorrupted investigative agencies, police officers and the courts dismiss those who exhibit bias or skew evidence to favor one side over another. Officers and private investigators who are caught doing so are viewed by their employers, peers and the courts as unreliable perjurers and can no longer called upon to present evidence. Falsified evidence taints the entire case and all investigators involved (poison tree doctrine). Such individuals face criminal charges and license revocation, which may be why Gallo and Tony Fauci pay unlicensed, incompetent or malleable individuals like you and Kontaratos to investigate things you are not legitimately, intellectually, or
ethically qualified to examine.

I was appointed last year by Semmelweis Society International to investigate the conflict between scientists and physicians who believe that HIV causes AIDS and those who do not – essentially examining both arguments of HIV/AIDS as you have told others you do.

I conducted my investigation pro bono, believing initially that it would be easy to prove or disprove allegations that Professor Duesberg was guilty of genocide in Africa and that investigative journalist Celia Farber was a mentally ill prostitute. Their allegations have become the basis of Ms. Farber's recently filed lawsuit.

Shortly after my investigation began, the doctor and expelled medical student who alleged these things pressured me to discontinue my investigation – eventually committing an ID theft against me and attacking me personally, just as you, your book and your ilk have attacked Gallo’s detractors since the 1980s.

Real scientists and investigators allow their evidence to speak for itself while people like Gallo and Fauci routinely use people like you to obfuscate and attack. Many of you use your diplomas the same way that Pope Urban’s astronomers wore crosses.

Unlike you, I am not paid to promote one side or the other. If tomorrow you produced verifiable proof that HIV attacks cells and causes AIDS as well as documents that show exactly how this theory was proven, I would not compromise a significant stream of income in the way you do. If and when proved wrong, my investigative career would resume elsewhere. But because you rely on generous NIH funding, a finding the contradicts the NIH's AIDS theology would dry up as quickly as Peter Duesberg’s did. A real and unbiased investigator would immediately recognize (and be extremely embarrassed by) such an obvious conflict of interest.

Finally, let’s assume that my instincts about you are completely wrong and that, NIH funding notwithstanding, you can competently examine evidence without bias. As an investigator and psychology professor, please answer these questions:

1. Why do you think Robert Gallo hired a licensed security guard, who was also a relative of former IHV associate Tony Kontaratos PhD, instead of one of America’s ~100,000 licensed and highly qualified investigators - to investigate and report the history of Gallo, HIV and the disputes related to allegations that Kontaratos’ book was supposed to end?
   
   
2. Why do you think Culliton, Sarngadharan, Zagury and Blattner praised the investigation and book written by Gallo’s security guard and filter salesman?
   
   
3. Why do you think the Bristol-Myers Squibb Company fails to mention the extremely addictive properties of Sustiva or the way withdrawal from the drug suppresses immune function, T-Cell count and elevates viral loads in the same way that clinicians diagnose the onset of AIDS?
   
   
4. Why do you think the JAMA didn’t identify HIV or AIDS as one of the leading causes of mortality in the US between 1970 and 2002?
   
   
5. Since it is not a leading cause of death in the US or Africa, why do you think Tony Fauci spends $207,000 per alleged AIDS death compared to the $2,639 per death spent on known legitimate causes like stroke and heart disease?
   

Instead of wasting your valuable education, time and NIH dollars on attacking those who ask these important and relevant questions, maybe you will find the time to answer one or two of them.

By the way, I wrote a similar note to your colleague last Sunday and I’m still waiting for his response.
