HIV Defendant Prevails Over Pharmaceutical Propaganda

When outspoken AIDS activists Martin Delany, Hank Wilson, Ferd Eggan, Belynda Dunn, Joe Carroccio, George Sanderson and Howard Jacobs died, their cohorts hardly mentioned that they all succumbed to drug-caused liver cancers. But when outspoken HIV skeptic Christine Maggiore passed away in December 2008, Seth Kalichman, John Moore, Jeanne Bergman and other PharmaSluts falsely marketed her death as AIDS-related.

For nearly a year, they parroted the false claims on thousands of heterophobic blogs – most of which are directly or indirectly funded by the pharmaceutical industry. For example, a visit to The Body will cram your browser with drug advertising and gay activism.

For an industry that routinely spends billions settling criminal complaints and pushing deadly drugs to children and minorities, disinformation is a vital component of their marketing plans. Without this propaganda and the complicit media, Americans would know that infectious diseases (including HIV) are statistically irrelevant in the US, Europe, Australia and South Africa.

We would also know that millions of Americans are injured or killed each year by untested drugs, preventable medical errors, adverse drug reactions by the pharmaceutical industry’s ongoing criminal behavior and systemic incompetence.

If the Media regularly reported these facts, taxpayers would not waste billions of dollars on the CDC, NIH, research centers and universities that market unproven cures for mythical dangers like H1N1, HIV, HPV and CO2.

Despite the propaganda, Christine Maggiore – like her daughter and millions of other Americans – died from an adverse drug reaction:

Christine suffered fatal renal failure caused by antibiotics, antiviral, and calcium received during the 9 days prior to her death.

So it’s no surprise that, despite his considerable qualifications, the PharmaSluts have attacked Dr. Al-Bayati as unqualified, although few (if any) of his accusers have ever qualified in a real court to render evidence-based opinions. Not only does Dr. Al-Bayati routinely qualify as an expert in criminal matters throughout the US, but he routinely exposes flaws in medical evidence that would otherwise be used to convict innocent people.

As did Ms. Maggiore before her unexpected death, Dr. Al-Bayati represents a significant threat to the makers of HIV tests and drugs. When HIV is put on trial in criminal matters, prosecutors will require the PharmaSluts to prove that their tests are reliable and explain exactly when, where, how and who proved that HIV attacks cells and causes AIDS. Without this evidence, the expert will not qualify and the prosecution’s case will collapse.

Florida vs. Eneydi Torres

Although the PharmaSluts routinely cite the Australian case against Andre Parenzee (2006) as a criminal victory, the lesser-known case of Eneydi Torres, 42 – who faced up to fifteen years in prison this year for allegedly exposing four men to HIV – has left them silent.

Like Willie Campbell and Philippe Padeau, Torres faced up to fifteen years for allegedly exposing several men to HIV. The prosecution’s case would have been winnable except that, unlike the Parenzee, Campbell and Padeau cases, Torres was complicated by a competent defense attorney and a recent US Supreme Court ruling that requires prosecutors to prove that HIV tests are reliable and that defendants are actually infected with an infectious disease.

Not only did attorney Baron Coleman require prosecutors to connect the double- and triple-hearsay reports of HIV positivity to the defendant years before the alleged crimes, but he also planned to call the scientifically-confused cast members from House of Numbers to explain themselves under oath. For example:

• John P. Moore, PhD – on how his alleged pandemic has never been statistically relevant in the US (and Europe, Australia and South Africa)
  
  
• Robert Gallo, MD – on exactly how he proved that HIV attacks cells and causes AIDS

Even if Ms. Torres believed that she was infected with HIV AND knowingly or deliberately exposed her unsuspecting victims, Mr. Coleman refused to allow his client to plead to much more than a dismissal.

Once they realized that they had no case, prosecutors reduced their initial offer of fifteen years in state prison to what amounted to five days of unsupervised probation. Although prepared for an acquittal, Ms. Torres agreed to pay a small fine and attended a short class that featured an hour of HIV propaganda.

Although the outcome wasn’t perfect, Torres illustrates how easily criminal HIV cases can be won when defense counsel doesn’t stipulate to propaganda. By forcing prosecutors to prove that HIV attacks cells and causes an infectious disease that someone could actually spread, Torres proved that prosecutors never had a case to begin with.

Despite this win, factually innocent men like Campbell and Padeau will likely spend the rest of their lives in prison for nothing more than accepting an unproven scientific theory.

Although others continue to be charged in various states for spreading this fake disease, Torres shows that - when questioned by competent counsel in uncorruptible courts - the PharmaSluts will prove to be the same clowns that House of Numbers proves them to be.

Woman Sues over False HIV Diagnosis

The New York Post reports another botched HIV diagnosis:

A city hospital nearly destroyed a New Jersey woman's life and wrecked her marriage after misdiagnosing her with terminal HIV, hepatitis and herpes, according to a bombshell lawsuit.

Maria Osorio, 54, of Passaic, said she saw an ad on TV offering a $15 mammogram at Harlem Hospital over Valentine's Day last February and decided to take advantage of the screening.

When a nurse offered her a free instant cheek swab and blood test, too, she accepted. That's when she was told she had HIV.

"It was horrible. I wanted to throw myself on the subway tracks," she said.

The shocked Osorio immediately turned on her husband of 37 years, Gabriel Lezcano, 60, who works as a janitor in New Jersey.

"I started screaming violently at him. I pushed him. I pulled his hair. 'Who were you with?' I asked him. He kept denying that he was with anyone, but I kept raising my voice and pushing him. 'You must have been with someone. You must have had too many beers and maybe now you just don't remember,' " she recalled.

Lezcano fought back. "I've been a good man to you. I haven't been with anyone else. I am a very scrupulous man. I just do my work and I come home," he told his furious wife.

Lezcano told The Post that the accusations of his wife, a fellow Colombian immigrant, nearly killed him.

"She's my only woman," he said. "I felt that someone was trying to trick us." (Story here)

A Christmas Greeting from a Muslim Friend

My friend Amil Imani has posted another thoughtful message – this time a Christmas greeting and a wish for peace on Earth and goodwill to all men. Such messages deserve a careful read and distribution:

This is the time of the year that the air is filled with everything Christmas. There is something for everyone: gifts for family and friends, prayers at churches, and Christmas music everywhere. It puts me in a contemplative mood, particularly when I hear the delightful Christian refrain, peace on earth, goodwill to men. This is the gift I want. This is my Christmas.

When there is peace on earth and all people dispense and receive good will. Yet, I am saddened to see the world as it is, particularly with what Islam is doing to it, which is the exact opposite of working for peace and extending goodwill to all people. My contemplation takes me to the genesis of Islam.

Something I have come to view as a scourge of humanity, and here are a few of my random thoughts about the founder of Islam: the person who launched a religion that has denied peace to mankind right from the start, the person who advanced a religion that began with war, continues with war, and aims to carry on with bloodletting to the end of time. All this makes me think and shake my head in bewilderment. (more here)

Because of his courage, the least we can do is share his message of peace and post messages on his blog so that the world knows that evil is less powerful than the forces of good. Poor Children Likelier to Receive Psychotropic Drugs

Duff Wilson reports:

New federally financed drug research reveals a stark disparity: children covered by Medicaid are given powerful antipsychotic medicines at a rate four times higher than children whose parents have private insurance. And the Medicaid children are more likely to receive the drugs for less severe conditions than their middle-class counterparts, the data shows.

Those findings, by a team from Rutgers and Columbia, are almost certain to add fuel to a long-running debate. Do too many children from poor families receive powerful psychiatric drugs not because they actually need them — but because it is deemed the most efficient and cost-effective way to control problems that may be handled much differently for middle-class children?


The questions go beyond the psychological impact on Medicaid children, serious as that may be. Antipsychotic drugs can also have severe physical side effects, causing drastic weight gain and metabolic changes resulting in lifelong physical problems.

On Tuesday, a pediatric advisory committee to the Food and Drug Administration met to discuss the health risks for all children who take antipsychotics. The panel will consider recommending new label warnings for the drugs, which are now used by an estimated 300,000 people under age 18 in this country, counting both Medicaid patients and those with private insurance.

Meanwhile, a group of Medicaid medical directors from 16 states, under a project they call Too Many, Too Much, Too Young, has been experimenting with ways to reduce prescriptions of antipsychotic drugs among Medicaid children. They plan to publish a report early next year. (Story here)

Has Dr. Paolo Zamboni Solved the MS Mystery?

In a devastating blow to the $8.2 billion MS drug market, Dr. Paolo Zamboni appears to have identified the cause and cure for Multiple Sclerosis:

In a recent study by Dr. Zamboni and colleagues, the team screened for abnormalities of blood outflow in major veins draining from the brain to the heart in 65 people with different types of MS, compared with 235 people who were either healthy or who had other neurological disorders. They used sophisticated sonography techniques to detect abnormalities of venous drainage. The investigators reported significant evidence of slowed and obstructed drainage in the veins draining the brain in many of those with MS. They also found evidence of the opening of “substitute circles” – where the flow is deviated to smaller vessels to bypass obstructions, and these were often found to have reverse flow (reflux) of blood back into the brain.

The investigators call this venous obstruction “chronic cerebrospinal venous insufficiency,” or CCSVI. The treatment status of the people with MS (whether or not they were on an MS disease modifying drug) did not appear to influence whether they showed signs of CCSVI. The authors speculated that the reverse flow of blood back into the brain might set off the inflammation and immune-mediated damage that has been well described in MS. This study was published in June 2009 (J Neurol Neurosurg Psychiatry 2009; 80:392-399).

Dr. Zamboni’s hypothesis, if confirmed, may open up new research avenues into the underlying pathology of MS and new approaches to therapy. Dr. Zamboni himself has stated that additional research is essential to evaluate his hypothesis and how it might impact the disease process in MS, and further research is now in progress. Doctors Demand Proof of Tamiflu Effectiveness

The Alliance for Human Research Protection reports that the controversy surrounding the frenzied promotion of the drug, Tamiflu (oseltamivir) has exploded in several scientific venues and even in the US and UK media. The controversy may be even more instructive about the systemic issues that undermine the integrity of the drug and vaccine review and analysis process than the Vioxx catastrophe:

This week's BMJ contains six articles detailing the essential issues involved in the Tamiflu controversy: included are independent critics' analyses as well as company counterclaims, and two editorials (excerpts below) that critique the current system which not only fails to detect serious adverse effects, the system allows manufacturers to control the trials and conceal the safety data. Physicians and the public are misled with a false sense of security about the safety and effectiveness of patented drugs and vaccines. The deception is orchestrated by company marketing masquerading as evidence which prominent industry-paid academic physicians promote as "science-based" information.

For example, a much cited favorable analysis by Kaiser et al (2005) was funded by the drug's manufacturer Roche. The analysis was based entirely on 10 trials funded by Roche: of which only two had been published in peer reviewed journals. All 10 trials were authored by Roche employees and paid academic consultants.

The system has provided companies an opportunity to make spectacular profits from the widespread use of defective drugs and vaccines that have caused irreversible harm.

"The current system isn't working. Worse than that, it gives a false sense of security. The system's failures have left a legacy of drug evaluations for which, in the absence of better information, we must assume the same levels of confusion and uncertainty as for oseltamivir. The drug industry directly or indirectly undertakes the majority of all drug evaluations, so most of the evidence used to support drug policy and treatment remains shrouded in secrecy. In only a minority of cases will the data have been subject to full independent analysis and interpretation. Indeed, we learn how independent Cochrane Collaboration reviewers were hoodwinked into trusting a company funded meta-analysis of unpublished data--data that was undisclosed to the Cochrane reviewers:

"The previous reviewers endorsed the conclusion that oseltamivir reduces complications such as pneumonia and bronchitis by implicitly trusting that the unpublished data were verifiable. This trust now seems naive. The fact that a trust in unpublished data extends to many systematic reviews of neuraminidase inhibitors by other researchers and was not questioned until... a paediatrician from Japan, Keiji Hayashi, submitted a comment to the Cochrane Collaboration that would ultimately leave us doubtful about the ability of systematic reviews to deal with the challenges of contemporary pharmaceutical evaluation..."

"The previous Cochrane review placed its trust in publications and included Kaiser's unpublished data, but to do so once again, despite our inability to obtain data sufficient to perform an independent analysis, would have shifted our position from that of trust in publication to that of trust in secrecy." The revised review dropped Kaiser's paper from its analysis.

Notwithstanding the positive spin provided by the Kaiser analysis, which concluded that Tamiflu reduces complications, Roche, apparently did not itself make any such claims about complications. A Tamiflu.com webpage reads, "Treatment with TAMIFLU has not been proven to have a positive impact on these outcomes," referring to pneumonia, other respiratory diseases, and influenza related death.

However, a footnote on that website undermines the company's pretense of candor: "THIS [WEB]SITE IS INTENDED FOR U.S. AUDIENCES ONLY." On its global website, Roche.com, it asserts that "Tamiflu delivers ... [a] 67 percent reduction in secondary complications such as bronchitis, pneumonia and sinusitis in otherwise healthy individuals."

BMJ editor, Fiona Godlee, challenges Roche to disclose the drug's complete clinical trial data so that independent scientists can evaluate the actual risk / benefit of the vaccine--on the basis of scientific data, not the hearsay of the manufacturer and its financially compromised scientists.

Her challenge is really directed at the pharmaceutical industry, not just Roche. It gets to the heart of the systemic corruption of science, clinical practice, government healthcare policies that have encouraged system wide fraud.

"We don't know yet whether this episode will turn out to be a decisive battle or merely a skirmish in the fight for greater transparency in drug evaluation. But it is a legitimate scientific concern that data used to support important health policy strategies are held only by a commercial organisation and have not been subject to full external scrutiny and review.

It can't be right that the public should have to rely on detective work by academics and journalists to patch together the evidence for such a widely prescribed drug. Individual patient data from all trials of drugs should be readily available for scientific scrutiny." (Story here and here)/div>

CBS Reports CDC's Swine Flu Hoax

The media reports that 80 percent of all swine flu cases in the UK and US are exaggerated:

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) states on their main flu Web site http://www.cdc.gov/flu/ that flu activity is increasing in the United States, with most states reporting "widespread influenza activity."

The CDC goes on to say, and I quote:

"So far, most flu is 2009 H1N1 flu (sometimes called "swine flu")."

But wait stop the presses. A three-month-long investigation by CBS News, released earlier this week that included state-by-state test results, revealed some very different facts. The CBS study found that H1N1 flu cases are NOT as prevalent as feared. A CBS article even states: "If you've been diagnosed "probable" or "presumed" 2009 H1N1 or "swine flu" in recent months, you may be surprised to know this: odds are you didn't have H1N1 flu. In fact, you probably didn't have flu at all."

Obviously CBS News and the CDC are completely contradicting each other. So who is right? (More here)

When HIV skeptic Christine Maggiore passed away in December 2008, the PharmaSluts could not contain their elation.

Citing this LA Times report, gay activists and corrupt doctors claimed that Maggiore got what she deserved. What kind of money motivates for-rent professors like John Moore to write something like this on Seth Kalichman’s unscientific blog about a dead mother?

"Maggiore had the blood of thousands of South African kids on her hands after helping persuade Mbeki not to allow the use of Nevirapine to prevent HIV transmission from pregnant women to their children. She is also responsible for the premature death of her own daughter from AIDS. Allowing herself to die of AIDS-related pneumonia was unnecessary, but her culpability in the death of others is what she will be remembered for. Perhaps some of her friends will finally learn a lesson from what happened to her and cease their efforts to harm other people. But I doubt it, considering how crazy her fellow AIDS denialists are."

Moore is the same heterophobe who wrote to another Maggiore friend, “This IS a war, there ARE no rules, and we WILL crush you.”

Although nothing contained in Moore's stories were true, that didn’t stop fake reporters like Jonny Steinberg or Moore's South African blogger-buddies from claiming that Maggiore died from AIDS:

Unfortunately, no autopsy was performed on Maggiore's body, and she was cremated. Presumably, her family made these decisions. AIDS denialists often claim that they are victims of conspiracies and cover-ups. But they have been anything but transparent in the way they have handled the horrible and unnecessary death from HIV/AIDS of Christine Maggiore.

Unfortunately for these rent-a-PhD propagandists and fake journalists like Anna Gorman, Alexandra Zavis and Adam Feuerstein, an autopsy was done. But unlike the politically rushed job by Los Angeles County Deputy Coroner James Ribe, pathologists David M. Posey, MD and Mohammad Ali Al-Bayati, PhD, DABT, DABVT have completed their eleven-month investigation into Christine Maggiore’s death and found that, like most allegedly HIV+ patients and millions of other Americans, Christine died from complications related to preventable adverse drug reactions (ADR).

I kept Maggiore’s autopsy confidential so that the pathologists would not be influenced or pressured by someone from within the LA County Department of Health like Walt Senterfitt. While I have nothing against gay atheist anti-capitalist social revolutionaries per se, I’d rather not have them dictating healthcare to LA County’s 11 million residents or risk having them pressure doctors into faking evidence that John Moore and Daniel Kuritzkes MD can use for propaganda the way they did in 2006:

Christine Maggiore is a person who’s proselytized against the use of antiretrovirals to prevent HIV/AIDS. She’s a classic AIDS denialist, and she gave birth to a child who died at age three late last year of an AIDS-related infection. The coroner’s report clearly reports that the child died of AIDS.

Had Dr. Ribe reported the obvious signs of anaphylactic shock in 2006, Moore and Kuritzkes could not have exploited the death as AIDS-related the way they exploited Christine's death this past year. After Christine’s death, Dr. Ribe settled her family's claims against him.

This is why doctors Posey and Al-Bayati quietly and methodologically took eleven months to collect the evidence and complete their report.

Christine was a well developed and well-nourished Caucasian woman who appeared younger than her age of 52 years. She measured 66 inches in length and weighed 145 pounds…

Christine did not have interstitial pneumonia and the edema observed in her lungs resulted from her heart and renal failure induced by medications.

The autopsy, pathology, and the clinical data and observation described in this report show clearly that Christine did not suffer from any AIDS indicator illness during the 2 years prior to her death or at the time of her death. It has been reported that Christine’s serum was tested positive for HIV with subsequent testing indeterminate in the 1990s. The clinical findings in Christine’s case clearly challenge the clinical and scientific validity of the HIV test, if it is intended as a certain marker of gradual immune demise, which she did not manifest. PharmaSluts Concerned About Obama's Turnaround

Now that HIV discoverer Luc Montagnier has implicated Anthony Fauci in the HIV scam, the NIAID Director seems to be easing Barack Obama into backing away from HIV funding – something that has South Africa's pro-apartheid propagandist Gregg Gonzalves admitting that he misses George Bush.

The decision puts a crimp on government PharmaSluts like Pepfar, which wants to poison another four million men, women and children. If you take and HIV test and they force you to take the drugs, this is what you have to look forward to:

Pharmaceutical Lawyers Get Dirty

When I began my investigation into pharmaceutical corruption, I was warned that the drug industry was ugly. Anyone who is familiar with what Jeffrey Wigand endured as The Insider will recognize the anonymous libel they used in this note. This is why I'm engaged in this investigation. This is how they silence those who challenge companies that have paid billions of dollars in criminal fines this year alone.

This week, The Street spiked an opinion piece by reporter Terry Michael after he mentioned HIV-discoverer Luc Montagnier’s (Nobel 2008) admission that HIV can be cured WITHOUT DRUGS. Although Montagnier admitted that the drug industry pushes drugs and vaccines because there’s no profit in clean water (and even implicated NIAID Director Anthony Fauci by name), the pharmaceutical industry, CDC and NIH have kept a tight lid on the story.

According to Michaels, Gilead Sciences pressured senior editor Adam Feuerstein and Street founder Jim “Mad Money” Cramer into spiking the story, leaving little doubt about whether The Street, Cramer, CNBC or Gilead have our public interest in mind. Journalists in bed with billion dollar criminals? Imagine that.

Steve-O wrote one of many messages I routinely receive. Because his message was somewhat more intelligent than the customary crank calls and drivel I receive, I will post it in hopes that Steve will get a second opinion – and possibly save himself from the pharmaceutical fate that people like Joyce Ann Hafford and others endure:

Does it matter to you that the deaths from AIDs were of YOUNG people in their 20s and 30s.

From the beginning, HIV has been a behavioral malady and NOT a retroviral one. I described the political history of HIV in my preliminary investigation.

Ask doctors who have treated patients with AIDS and HIV.

As I explained here, clinicians, university professors and journalists blindly repeat pharmaceutical dogma to avoid retaliation. Semmelweis Society International exists to protect targeted doctors, but few are willing to risk their professions and incomes that pay their mortgages and ballet lessons.

They died of cryptococcal meningitis they died of pneumocystis pneumonia, they died of Mycobacterium avium, (they) died because their brains were filled with HIV.

Pneumocystis carinii (PCP) resides in all humans from birth to death. Whether we deliberately compromise our immune systems or not, when our immune system is terminally compromised in death, PCP is no longer suppressed and has an opportunity to spread throughout the body. So if and when a pathologist looks for it during an autopsy, he’ll find it. To identify such individuals as AIDS-infected is disingenuous, at best, but they use the mortality to perpetuate the myth that HIV is ravaging humanity - despite what the AMA reports.

All of this is a thing of the past because of drugs that suppress HIV. I notice that HIV deniers are never HIV positives or doctors who treat them. You are willfully ignorant.

Actually, Lindsay Nagel (seen in House of Numbers) and Karri Stokely almost died from the drugs. Although both were diagnosed as HIV+ during the 1990s, both have fully recovered from ALL symptoms. They are two of many allegedly HIV+ people who will argue against your unsupported allegations. On the other hand, AIDS activists like Martin Delany, Hank Wilson, Ferd Eggan, Belynda Dunn, Joe Carroccio, George Sanderson and Howard Jacobs all died from the drugs they insisted saved their lives.

80 Percent of UK Patients Misdiagnosed with H1N1

The Sun (UK) reports that EIGHTY percent of people diagnosed with H1N1 as having swine flu DIDN'T have it!

The blunders have cost the (Health Department) millions of pounds - and may have wiped BILLIONS off the economy as workers threw "sickies".

Just one in five people diagnosed by the controversial swine flu call centres had the illness, said scientists. At the height of the scare in the summer the rate fell to one in TWENTY.

The news came as it was revealed that antiviral drug Tamiflu may be USELESS at staving off serious illness like pneumonia in swine flu victims. A million packets of £15 Tamiflu were given out.

But the Government-run help-lines may have mis-diagnosed 800,000 swine flu cases, meaning the drug was wasted on those patients. The figures came from the Health Protection Agency, which took swabs from random people diagnosed with the illness.
Its results suggest thousands used the call centres to get time off work. Others who genuinely felt ill but were misdiagnosed spent days off believing they had the bug.

Two Hours of Real Journalism

I thought I had seen it all as an LA street cop. Despite the murder, drugs, gangs and politicians, nothing prepared me for what I’ve witnessed since I began my investigation into the pharmaceutical industry twenty months ago.

From the moment I began, I discovered that a comparatively tiny group of scientists, doctors and advocates rent their diplomas and influence to pharmaceutical companies that poison, injure and kill people around the world for profit. These belligerents are facilitated by thousands of physicians, researchers and scientists who refuse to risk their careers by exposing the companies that pay their mortgages, private schools and ballet lessons.

Although Benjamin Franklin and millions of Americans have risked their lives, fortunes and sacred honor to protect and defend our First Amendment, journalists have quietly permitted the pharmaceutical industry to buy their integrity. Some have sold themselves less quietly.

This week, The Street co-founder Jim "Mad Money" Cramer spiked Terry Michael’s story on the AIDS and Big Pharma – two hours after Michael posting Luc Montagnier’s disclosure that HIV can be cured without drugs, but that the drug companies can’t profit from clean water or good nutrition. Despite the remarkable news, the lamestream media refuses to jeopardize their lucrative Viagra and Prozac ads by declaring that AIDS is dead.

Assisting Cramer in their pro-Gilead censorship was Adam Feuerstein, whose alma mater also pushed drugs for pharmaceutical kickbacks. After Cramer went to bat for Gilead, Feuerstein chimed:

I think all those who deny the existence of the HIV should volunteer to be injected with the virus to determine whether vitamins and a strong immune system are enough to prevent infection and/or AIDS. Good luck.

A real class act.

After posting this story about the spike, I asked Feuerstein why the NIH, CDC and drug companies all refused Peter Duesberg’s offer to do just that. Feuerstein’s answer:

Not nice – but I was intrigued. How exactly does a self-described news agency allow their reporters to insult the investors they ostensibly work for?

When I advised Feuerstein to add coward and self-loathing Jew to his resume, he accused me of being an anti-Semite. When I tried to give him some tough love he said I was boring. Oh well – I tried.

From my perspective, this story is no longer about HIV and AIDS. Besides Montagnier's admissions, we now know that infectious disease (including HIV) has been statistically irrelevant since the 1960s in the US and that HIV has been medical non-issue in South Africa, Australia and Italy despite the political estimates generated by recipients of drug funding like WHO, NIH and the CDC. We have also learned that many within the medical and scientific communities rent their degrees to push drugs.

As the intellectual straight man of The Street, Terry Michael may not last long among Jim Cramer’s sultry drag queens; but for two hours yesterday, Terry Michael’s story gave legitimacy to a news organization that has long been suspected of being a shill for Wall Street even before Gilead’s whores killed the story.

In just two hours, Cramer and Feuerstein reminded the world why hackers, girls dressed as hookers and fake newsmen are more respectable than Cramer's streetwalking PharmaSluts.

If I were watching the public's disgust with the newly revealed Tiger Woods from an office in the West Wing, I'd be concerned. Because Barack Obama is about as completely manufactured a political character as this nation has seen. ... The Obama campaign did explicitly attempt to borrow the from the then-universal Tiger Woods appeal to allay any discomfort voters might have had with a mixed-race politician. They constructed a persona that would make the American electorate comfortable with a barely-known, first-term senator with a left wing voting record, a deliberately obscured personal and professional past, and no traditional qualifications for high office.

After a year in the spotlight, Barack Obama, hailed as a brilliant man and a creature of destiny who would heal us all, is himself falling rapidly to earth. (Thankfully, his family life remains above suspicion.) The flaws that were airbrushed out of the candidate photos are becoming glaringly obvious under day-to-day scrutiny of his public performance in the White House.

And while it doesn't matter if another athlete is an adulterer, it matters a lot if the president is revealed to be an inexperienced, excessively ideological, and weak man who is naïve about the world and uncomfortable exercising American power during a time of war. It matters if nothing in his training would have equipped the president to understand what it takes to stimulate job growth, or ameliorate a recession, or to end an overseas conflict successfully. It matters that he is uninterested in the science behind global warming -- and wishes to use the issue to amass power and reorder society. It matters that he has no interest in the construction of policy. (Story here)

Reporters Hooking on TheStreet

Well that didn’t take long.

Writing for TheStreet today, beat cop Terry Michael loaded his paddy wagon with global warming shills, PharmaSluts and the Nobel prize winners only to learn that his fellow flatfoots and captains may be owned by some very big corporations. Michaels wrote:

More bad news may be on its way for the Nobel -- an inconvenient truth that could damage some big brands of Big Pharma, not just a couple of American politicians. I speak of last year's Nobel in medicine, given to France's Dr. Luc Montagnier.

Montagnier got his gold for discovering "HIV" -- the increasingly mysterious retrovirus announced by the U.S. government 25 years ago this past April as "the probable cause of AIDS," a finding that spawned a multi-billion dollar, anti-retroviral profit center in the pharmaceutical industry.

Problem is, Montagnier is now saying in a new documentary film: "We can be exposed to HIV many times without being chronically infected. Our immune system will get rid of the virus within a few weeks, if you have a good immune system."

That's a direct quote from an interview with Montagnier in House of Numbers, an award-winning full-length production by director Brent Leung that has been playing the film festival circuit around the world for the past eight months. The film is about to hit theaters and cable early in 2010.

Two hours later, Gilead Sciences apparently pressured The Street co-founder Jim "Mad Money" Cramer and Adam Feuerstein to react like the wanton pseudo-journalists they are only months after Jon Stewart exposed Cramer for the corporate shill he is:

After reading Michaels’ opinion piece, Cramer went into damage control:

"This article makes it sound like (Gilead) is a fraud. That's ridiculous. The franchise is important and helpful. I dont think there is support for this position.. None"

Cramer flunky Adam Feuerstein added:

Shortly thereafter, TheStreet spiked the heavily-edited article and all 16 of the mostly pharmaceutically-driven attacks, leaving their readers to wonder what it is about HIV-discoverer Luc Montagnier’s admission that terrifies drug companies and journalists alike.

With such obvious corruption, how ANYONE would rely on TheStreet for accurate reporting is beyond me. One would think that journalists and pharmaceutical companies would be overjoyed by news that HIV can be cured with food and clean water.

House of Numbers on The Street

Terry Michaels mentions two inconvenient truths and connects the HIV scam to global warming on The Street:

How long will it take the media to report this and why do they refuse to report it? What are they waiting for?

More Goofy Numbers from West Hollywood

Speaking of numbers, Park La Brea News/Beverly Press reporter Amy Lyons apparently smoked a little too much Sustiva at West Hollywood’s World AIDS Day celebrations. In this week’s issue, she quoted Aid for AIDS Director Brenda Goodman as saying:

“In California, we have lost more than 86,000 friends and loved ones. This is unacceptable.”

By any count, 86,000 is a big number – so big that I went back to this published AMA report on infectious disease during the 20th century.

In it, the researchers not only found infectious disease was statistically irrelevant by 1960, but that during the height of the AIDS pandemic in 1996, no more than 15 per 100,000 people died from AIDS. Unlike the AMA, the CDC only posts estimates.

To be generous to Amy, Brenda and the CDC, let’s assume than HIV remained at its pandemic peak of 15 per 100,000. Extrapolating JAMA’s 15 to Brenda’s 86,000 would require a population of more than 573 million residents. Since the US only has about 305 million residents and California only about 36 million, it seems that Brenda’s estimates are probably off by ~81,000:

36 million ÷ 100K = 360
360 X 15 deaths per 100K = 5400

These numbers are consistent with those reported in South Africa and Australia. In Italy, officials waded through the unsupported estimates and concluded that HIV infections were well below those numbers and limited to a handful of IV drug addicts.

Whether Ms. Goodman's number is 5000 or 86,000, the fact that 81.2 million Americans have died from all causes since 1980 puts her numbers into a clearer perspective.

Bankrupt Gay Newspaper Reborn as a PharmaSlut

After 40 years, the gay newspaper in Washington, DC, "The Washington Blade,"folded in bankruptcy in November. They came back under a new nameplate, "dcagenda" today, Friday, December 4, 2009.

Of 40 tabloid pages, 31 were advertising, and thirteen (13) of those pages of ads, 42 percent are from The HIV-AIDS Industry, including Gilead, GlaxoSmithKline, Bristol-Myers Squibb, the DC Dept. of Health's "Ask for the [HIV] test campaign," and the [HIV-AIDS] Whitman Walker Clinic.

The pharmaceutucal industry virtually owns and operates much of the gay press. You have to see it to believe it. And one of the two front-page articles in this new DC gay newspaper of record: "DC to host 2012 AIDS conference."

PharmaSluts Lose in Perth Group Smack Down

As if it wasn’t enough that Brent Leung’s documentary has exposed the Grand Dragons of HIV to the entire world, HIV discoverer Luc Montagnier now accuses them of pushing deadly and addictive AIDS drugs because there’s no money in good nutrition or clean water:

Like a mischievous boy, the Nobel Laureate smirks as he implicates NIAID Director Tony Fauci MD, while the embarrassed AIDS theologians scatter like termites from a raised mound.

As I described last year, the AIDS industry resembles a mature termite colony. In the years since HIV produced Dr. Gallo’s first eggs (1, 2, 3, 4), workers have built a labyrinthine fortress of carton walls to support the colony. While its soldiers defend the colony and king, Dr. Gallo and HIV are managed, groomed, and fed by the attending workers that surround, care for, and defend them.

Defending the mound today is AIDS Truther Jeanne Bergman, whose PhD can be rented by the hour to the law firms of Eli Lilly and Pfizer. Last month, Bergman’s dates accused the 20-year-old film student of sucker-punching the confused English-language-challenged scientist with leading questions, citing the “brilliant discussion” by a mysteriously unidentified PharmaSlut named Snout.

In response to Bergman’s sticky PhD, The Perth Group (also seen in Leung’s documentary) has issued this detailed response for those interested in their scientific response to Bergman’s theological attacks. Former Sunday Times (London) medical editor Neville Hodgkinson also weighs in.

But if you want to see what the fuss is about, House of Numbers is appearing at film festivals coming to your town. If you've missed it, the documentary will be released sometime next year at a theater near you.

Unsurprisingly, the Grand Dragons of AIDS and Global Warming are so corrupt that they seem to have legitmized computer hacking.

The HIV/AIDS groupies and vigilantes have been increasingly on the defensive after Medical Hypotheses accepted, and posted as in press on the journal’s website in July, a couple of articles striking at the very heart of HIV/AIDS blunders: the fact that the sovereign nation of Italy maintains its health without recognizing HIV as a dangerous infection or AIDS as an illness caused by it (Ruggiero et al.) and that an article in JAIDS found it necessary to multiply by a factor of 25 the deaths from AIDS in South Africa (Duesberg et al.) in order to maintain the fictions that AIDS is devastating Africa and that antiretroviral drugs save lives when delivered indiscriminately to “HIV-positive” individuals.

Harvard Suicide Related to SSRIs, Prozaz & Wellbutrin

The Boston Globe reports that the father of Harvard pre med student John Edwards has filed suit in the SSRI-related suicide of his son:

Harvard sophomore John Edwards was studying to become a doctor and training for the Boston Marathon in June 2007 when he sought help at the university’s Health Services because he could not study for as many hours as some of his friends.

A nurse practitioner prescribed a drug to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, a condition the overachieving Edwards had never been diagnosed with. Later, she prescribed two powerful antidepressants, Prozac and Wellbutrin, when he began complaining of anxiety, depression, and other side effects. Meanwhile, he was taking a fourth drug for acne, Accutane, that has been linked to suicidal thoughts.

“The Wellbutrin is having the effect that we were seeking… but unfortunately I feel like it has canceled out the anxiety-reducing effects of the (Prozac), as recently I’ve been pretty nervous,’’ Edwards wrote in a Nov. 27, 2007, e-mail to the nurse practitioner, Marianne Cannon. “Let me know if I should schedule to come in and meet with you soon, or if I should change the med plan.’’

Cannon replied that she was concerned and told Edwards to schedule an appointment with her. Two days later, Edwards, 19, of Wellesley committed suicide in a bathroom at Harvard Medical School by suffocating himself with a plastic bag… (more)

There is reasonable evidence that we should we be looking outside the current therapies into competitive treatment models. There is also incredible resistance to the idea. Researchers who challenge the current dogma in HIV research quickly find themselves thrown out of the club.

But some studies have gotten through, and the results are enticing. A 1994 study in the journal Journal of Infectious Diseases found that “The risk of death among HIV-infected subjects with adequate serum vitamin A levels was 78% less, when compared with Vitamin A-deficient subjects.” (J.IF 1994; 171: 1196-202).

A 1993 study in the journal of AIDS found that vitamin A supplementation increased T Cells and reduced predicted progression to illness in AIDS HIV positive men:

“Among well nourished HIV seropositive men who participated in the San Francisco Men’s Health Study, high energy-adjusted vitamin A intake at baseline was associated with higher CD4 cell count at baseline, as well as with lower risk of developing AIDS during the 6 year period follow up” (J.AIDS 1993; 6: 94)

Researchers from the Harvard School of Public Health, published in the journal Epidemiology noted that better nutritional status equaled better health and prognosis in HIV positive individuals:

“HIV infection may be modified by nutritional status… Numerous observational studies report inverse association between vitamin status… and the risk of disease progression or vertical transmission.” (Epidemiology 1998; 9: 457-466).
The study also reported that antibody and PCR tests in pregnant women are also positively affected by basic nutritional supplementation:

“Adequate vitamin status may also reduce vertical transmission through the intra-partum and breastfeeding routes by reducing HIV viral load in lower genital secretions and breast milk.” (ibid)

The study concludes: “Vitamin supplements may be one of the few potential treatments that are inexpensive enough to be made available to HIV-infected persons in developing countries.” (Epidemiology 1998; 9: 457-466).

Increased health, increased T Cells, significant decreases in mortality – and beta-carotene is cheap. Other vitamins including B, C and E have also proven clinically effective in improving the health of HIV-positive and AIDS patients.

But, I forget. AZT is the cure. Anything else is lunacy. Unless, of course, the public demands otherwise.

Volokh Bloggers Connect HIV Scam with Global Warming

Several people connected the global warming email scandal with HIV, AIDS and Duesberg on Eugene Volokh's blog but I could not post the necessary links. For that reason I've reposed my comments here with the links:

When James Murtagh MD alleged in June 2008 that Peter Duesberg was guilty of genocide in South Africa, I was asked to investigate the allegations.

When I opened the case, Murtagh immediately pressured me to abandon the investigation. Murtagh, John Moore PhD (Cornell), Brian Foley PhD (LANL) and others continued the pressure until one of their cohorts committed an ID theft against me (LAPD Report #08-0619018). Murtagh is currently avoiding process service in this related libel case and, according to his own admissions, is being funded by these pharmaceutically-funded South African activist groups.

In the following months, I discovered that while the NIH, CDC and other recipients of AIDS funding estimate millions of HIV and AIDS deaths in the US and abroad, the AMA reports the infectious disease – including HIV and AIDS – has been statistically insignificant since the 1960s. These mortality numbers are as low in Australia and South Africa.

This week, HIV discoverer Luc Montagnier MD (Nobel 2008) has finally admitted that HIV can be quickly and easily cured without drugs, but that the drug industry can’t profit from clean water or nutritious food. In his statement, Montagnier even challenges NIAID Director Anthony Fauci.

What are AIDS patients dying from? The AMA reports that more than two million Americans die each year from adverse drug reactions (ADRs), which corroborates why allegedly HIV+ patients like Martin Delany, Hank Wilson, Ferd Eggan, Joyce Hafford, Belynda Dunn, Joe Carroccio, George Sanderson and Howard Jacobs have all died from the medication (e.g. liver cancer).

As a career criminal investigator who has independently looked at both HIV and Global Warming, the motives and template used to fake evidence, create hysteria and attack skeptical scientists at CRU is identical to the one used by Robert Gallo and Fauci to enrich themselves in the AIDS scam. Like Montagnier, both are interviewed in Brent Leung’s documentary, which continues to receive critical acclaim in film festivals around the world by everyone except the of AIDS research and pharmaceutical funding.

Because infectious disease has been statistically insignificant since the 1960s, it’s now understandable why the NIH and CDC promote hysteria (H1N1) that keeps alive their combined $14 billion annual funding. Without infectious disease, there’s no reason for either agency to receive more than a fraction of their current funding.

In South Africa, HIV morality is exaggerated because without the hysteria, the 1600+ international mining companies that sack Africa’s mineral wealth at ~$100/mo per miner (as opposed to ~$12,000/mo per US and European miner) could no longer blame HIV and AIDS for their mine-related lung diseases – lawsuits which threaten the collapse of the mining industry and the South African government.

So like Global Warming, the stakes are VERY high. The cure of AIDS would have a catastrophic effect upon the world economy.
