Dissecting a House of Numbers

Since premièring in late April 2009, the controversial documentary House of Numbers has played in Canada, the USA, Asia and Europe. It has won 12 awards, including three Best of Festival and six for Best Documentary. It has also played in universities and theatres across the United States.

Film & Festivals Magazine has published this examination of the documentary: How the filmmaker chose the subject matter, made the film and the controversy that surrounds the film. After reading the review and viewing the documentary you'll have a good idea why drug companies that paid $7 billion in criminal fines and penalties object to the movie.
