How Mexico Treats Illegal Aliens

A reminder from Michelle Malkin...

Mexican President Felipe Calderon has accused Arizona of opening the door "to intolerance, hate, discrimination and abuse in law enforcement." But Arizona has nothing on Mexico when it comes to cracking down on illegal aliens. While open-borders activists decry new enforcement measures signed into law in "Nazi-zona" last week, they remain deaf, dumb or willfully blind to the unapologetically restrictionist policies of our neighbors to the south.

The Arizona law bans sanctuary cities that refuse to enforce immigration laws, stiffens penalties against illegal alien day laborers and their employers, makes it a misdemeanor for immigrants to fail to complete and carry an alien registration document, and allows the police to arrest immigrants unable to show documents proving they are in the U.S. legally. If those rules constitute the racist, fascist, xenophobic, inhumane regime that the National Council of La Raza, Al Sharpton, Catholic bishops and their grievance-mongering followers claim, then what about these regulations and restrictions imposed on foreigners?

  • The Mexican government will bar foreigners if they upset "the equilibrium of the national demographics." How's that for racial and ethnic profiling?

  • If outsiders do not enhance the country's "economic or national interests" or are "not found to be physically or mentally healthy," they are not welcome. Neither are those who show "contempt against national sovereignty or security." They must not be economic burdens on society and must have clean criminal histories. Those seeking to obtain Mexican citizenship must show a birth certificate, provide a bank statement proving economic independence, pass an exam and prove they can provide their own health care.

  • Illegal entry into the country is equivalent to a felony punishable by two years' imprisonment. Document fraud is subject to fine and imprisonment; so is alien marriage fraud. Evading deportation is a serious crime; illegal re-entry after deportation is punishable by ten years' imprisonment. Foreigners may be kicked out of the country without due process and the endless bites at the litigation apple that illegal aliens are afforded in our country (see, for example, President Obama's illegal alien aunt -- a fugitive from deportation for eight years who is awaiting a second decision on her previously rejected asylum claim).

  • Law enforcement officials at all levels -- by national mandate -- must cooperate to enforce immigration laws, including illegal alien arrests and deportations. The Mexican military is also required to assist in immigration enforcement operations. Native-born Mexicans are empowered to make citizens' arrests of illegal aliens and turn them in to authorities.

  • Ready to show your papers? Mexico's National Catalog of Foreigners tracks all outside tourists and foreign nationals. A National Population Registry tracks and verifies the identity of every member of the population, who must carry a citizens' identity card. Visitors who do not possess proper documents and identification are subject to arrest as illegal aliens.
All of these provisions are enshrined in Mexico's Ley General de Población (General Law of the Population) and were spotlighted in a 2006 research paper published by the Washington, D.C.-based Center for Security Policy. There's been no public clamor for "comprehensive immigration reform" in Mexico, however, because pro-illegal alien speech by outsiders is prohibited.

Consider: Open-borders protesters marched freely at the Capitol building in Arizona, comparing GOP Gov. Jan Brewer to Hitler, waving Mexican flags, advocating that demonstrators "Smash the State," and holding signs that proclaimed "No human is illegal" and "We have rights."

But under the Mexican constitution, such political speech by foreigners is banned. Noncitizens cannot "in any way participate in the political affairs of the country."

In fact, a plethora of Mexican statutes enacted by its congress limit the participation of foreign nationals and companies in everything from investment, education, mining and civil aviation to electric energy and firearms. Foreigners have severely limited private property and employment rights (if any).

As for abuse, the Mexican government is notorious for its abuse of Central American illegal aliens who attempt to violate Mexico's southern border. The Red Cross has protested rampant Mexican police corruption, intimidation and bribery schemes targeting illegal aliens there for years. Mexico didn't respond by granting mass amnesty to illegal aliens, as it is demanding that we do. It clamped down on its borders even further. In late 2008, the Mexican government launched an aggressive deportation plan to curtain illegal Cuban immigration and human trafficking through Cancun.

Meanwhile, Mexican consular offices in the United States have coordinated with left-wing social justice groups and the Catholic Church leadership to demand a moratorium on all deportations and a freeze on all employment raids across America.

Mexico is doing the job Arizona is now doing -- a job the U.S. government has failed miserably to do: putting its people first. Here's the proper rejoinder to all the hysterical demagogues in Mexico (and their sympathizers here on American soil) now calling for boycotts and invoking Jim Crow laws, apartheid and the Holocaust because Arizona has taken its sovereignty into its own hands:

Hipócritas.

Carrots, Sticks & Useful Idiots

In December 2007, Merkuri Stanback entered the Park Community Federal Credit Union in Macon, Georgia brandishing a firearm. Stanback and his cohorts restrained employees and ransacked the teller area before making off with almost $200K. When Stanback was arrested, a prosecutor declared that “bank robbers should be put on notice that they will serve the full term of years imposed because there is no parole in the federal system.”

Had prosecutors released Stanback and his loot with a $5,000 fine, we could appreciate the deal that AstraZeneca received this week. The pharmaceutical giant paid a $520 million fine for bribing doctors into illegally prescribing a psychotropic drug that causes suicidal and homicidal ideation, weight gain, depression, nightmares, cancer, high blood pressure, and other deadly diseases. The fact that pharmaceutical executives paid a small fraction of their profits to avoid prison for a scheme that injured thousands and generated as much as one quarter of the company’s $32 billion revenues in 2009 is not unusual.

To equal AstraZeneca’s crimes, Mr. Stanback would have had to pistol-whip every teller during the commission of nearly 40,000 robberies. And while Stanback exposed a few people to threats and violence, adverse drug reactions (ADR) typically injure or kill millions of Americans every year. (Story at OMSJ.org)

BIIDS: Behavioural Induced Immune Deficiency Syndrome

Johnson Tagarisa grew up during the 1970s when his cousins, brothers and uncles worked in the mines of South Africa. Upon return to their native Zimbabwe, they spoke often of their experiences. By the time that people were starting to "die from AIDS in South Africa," Johnson was old enough and educated enough to connect the dots. Even when his stepbrother died in 1993, Johnson argued with the doctor that he had died of syphilis because he had

Iran, Islam & Cyrus the Great

The current Islamic regime under the mullahs has shown, on countless occasions, its contempt both in words and deeds for the memory of the founding father of Persia, Cyrus the Great, including flooding the plain which houses the King’s tomb, destroying the archeological sites of Pasargad and Persepolis, and harassing and intimidating those who would gather at the tomb of the enlightened king to commemorate the International Day of Cyrus the Great. OMSJ Exposes the Berkeley Inquisition

The word is chutzpa - and it’s hard to imagine a better way to describe UC Berkeley (UCB) Vice Provost Sheldon Zedeck’s assignment of Arthur Reingold to investigate misconduct allegations against Professor Peter Duesberg, PhD. The charges stem from Duesberg’s (et al) report that was published in 2009 by Medical Hypotheses. Citing 35 references that includes South Africa’s (SA) own mortality reports, Prof. Duesberg’s team concluded that:

huge losses of African lives are unconfirmed and that HIV is not sufficient or even necessary to cause the previously known diseases, now called AIDS in the presence of antibody against HIV. Further we call into question the claim that HIV antibody-positives would benefit from anti-HIV drugs, because these drugs are inevitably toxic and because there is as yet no proof that HIV causes AIDS.
Not since the trials of Galileo and Ignaz Semmelweis has a scientist been more of a threat to a corrupt scientific establishment. Considered one of the world’s most eminent cancer researchers, Prof. Duesberg’s 1987 paper sent shockwaves through research facilities, universities and HHS. Like Galileo’s exposure of Pope Urban’s geocentric universe, Prof. Duesberg’s unanswered questions implicated thousands of scientists and jeopardized billions of dollars in research funding. Court Trials Worry PharmaSluts

It began in 2009 with Eneydi Torres.

Accused of exposing several men to HIV, Florida prosecutors threatened Torres with decades in prison unless she accepted their plea deal. But when asked to prove the reliability of HIV testing, prosecutors abruptly reduced their offer of 15 years in state prison to five days of unsupervised probation.

Several months later, Magdalena Mays was arrested on similar charges. But like the Torres case, prosecutors dropped their HIV-related complaint against her.

Timing is Everything

The cases of Torres and Mays worked out much differently than those of Willie Campbell and Philippe Padieu. Accused of exposing others to “the virus that causes AIDS,” their convictions may keep them behind bars for life. Two juries convicted the men not because prosecutors presented strong cases against two dangerous men, but because their defense attorneys were too intimidated by the mountains of gibberish and activist pseudo-experts who parroted pharmaceutical junk science. No one wants to admit that they don’t understand something – especially lawyers – so the attorneys of Campbell and Padieu let the activists talk and jurors decide.

Having released $7 billion to settle dozens of criminal and civil cases since 2004, the pharmaceutical industry is no stranger to corruption. But when lies, murder and mayhem generates $25 billion in profits, spending $7 billion to pay off prosecutors and victims becomes just another business expense. Nothing personal.

This is no different with HIV. After allegedly discovering the HIV virus in 1984, one co-discoverer was later found guilty scientific misconduct, while the other now admits that the industry pushes tests and drugs because there is no profit in good nutrition or clean water. And because infectious disease became statistically irrelevant in the US by 1955 (later Europe [2], Australia and South Africa [2]), scientists who were considering truck driving school decided that they needed something else to kill and injure millions of Americans annually.

Although rules of evidence are considered obsolete among HIV scientists, the pharmaceutical industry has not yet learned how to buy criminal lawyers. After more than a decade of criminal prosecutions driven by scarlet letter hysteria, defense attorneys are starting to notice that something is amiss with AIDS.

Despite CDC “estimates” that millions of black and homosexual Americans are infected with HIV, few Americans can name anyone they personally know who is affected by the disease that former HHS Secretary Donna Shalala said would kill most of the US population by 2000. Even in San Francisco’s notorious Castro District, HIV is only killing junkies and those who ingest HIV drugs that, among other things, compromise liver function, cause cancer and drive people to kill themselves or others. Despite being identified as HIV+ 20 years ago, anomalies like Magic Johnson are alive and well, thanks to his refusal to take HIV drugs – and to companies that pay him to push testing and drugs within racially-targeted black communities.

Although experts still haven't explained how they find HIV in test or blood samples, pharmaceutically-drafted legislation criminalized the exposure of HIV to others. For more than a decade, scarlet-lettered defendants were accused by the media before well-meaning juries condemned them to long prison sentences.

The HIV Innocence Project

Incorporated in 2009, the Office of Medical & Scientific Justice (OMSJ) has begun to examine the gibberish of junk HIV science. Comprised of scientists, physicians, legal experts and investigators who cannot be bought by the pharmaceutical industry, OMSJ is now involved in more than 30 criminal and civil cases throughout the US and Canada.

Attorneys who expected to plea bargain their mostly black and homosexual clients (profiling is big in the AIDS industry) are beginning to see the gibberish for what it is. Cases that involve Olympic athletes, sexual convicts and ordinary men are looking less certain as their attorneys take a closer look at HIV.

With the assistance and support of the HIV Innocence Project, defense attorneys have begun to force prosecutors to find experts willing to testify under penalty of perjury. Forced to choose between perjury, impeachment, or an admission that their clinics have never detected a single HIV infection, thousands of US clinics and healthcare providers face a deluge of class-action lawsuits from patients who have suffered or died from pharmaceutical “scarlet letters” and the deadly HIV treatments that come with it. Fingerpointing among clinicians and officials at the CDC, NIH and research universities and will eventually point to NIAID Director Anthony Fauci, whose agency currently directs questions to a pharmaceutically-funded South African blog.

Last week, one of its bloggers raised concerns regarding the scheduled trial of Darren Chiacchia:

“(T)hese kinds of cases perpetuate misconceptions about the virus and unfairly single out people who are infected.. Down the line, it stigmatizes everybody with H.I.V. because it makes them potential criminals,” said Jeanne Bergman.

Bergman should have considered that before selling her diplomas to the pharmaceutical industry.

Muslims’ Entrapment by Islam

"How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy. Improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live. A degraded sensualism deprives this life of its grace and refinement; the next of its dignity and sanctity. The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property - either as a child, a wife, or a concubine - must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men."
Sir Winston Churchill- The River War 1899

Let’s face it. Islam is like a deadly, contagious disease. Once it invades the mind of its victim, it is capable of transforming him to a helpless pawn that has no choice but to execute what he is directed to do. It’s true that the vast majority of the victims of Communism were people living in Communist states. Some 38 million Soviets were killed because of Communism. Tens of millions of Chinese citizens were killed because of Communism. That the victims of Communism were largely members of socialist societies says a great deal about the ideology itself. More Prosecutors Dropping Criminal HIV Charges

In another defeat for AIDS propagandists, Louisiana prosecutors have dropped all HIV-related criminal charges against a Louisiana woman. According to attorney Jake Lemmon, Jefferson Parish prosecutors dropped all HIV-related charges against Magdalena Mays, despite a test that identified her as HIV+ in 2008.

Mays faced up to ten years of hard labor.

The dismissal of HIV charges is part of a growing trend since OMSJ began to assist defendants in criminal HIV cases. In this 2009 case, Florida prosecutors reduced their initial offer of 15 years in state prison to five days of unsupervised probation.

“We expect this trend to continue,” says OMSJ Director Clark Baker. “While the AIDS industry has convinced Americans of the alleged AIDS epidemic, prosecutors have a hard time finding anyone willing to promote their propaganda under penalty of perjury.”

A fatal flaw with HIV tests leaves prosecutors with no credible witnesses from local, state or federal health agencies and leaves prosecutors scrambling for credible witnesses. OMSJ is currently assisting thirty other cases in the US and Canada.

HIV testing is a problem that NIAID Director Anthony Fauci continues to ignore. The NIAID and CDC, receive billions of dollars annually to fight infectious disease – even though infectious disease became statistically irrelevant in the US by 1955.

While recipients of HIV funding rely on inflated political estimates, evidence-based medical reports from Europe, Australia and South Africa [2007]) corroborate the irrelevance of HIV infection. Without the unjustified fear of infectious disease, Congress would have a hard time explaining the billions spent to fight it. H1N1 is one of the more recent scandals.

Compared to the preventable “adverse drug reactions” (ADRs) that kill and injure millions of Americans each year, alleged HIV mortality is almost non-existent except in self-serving estimates and racial profiling that targets homosexual and black Americans with gay activists and black celebrities. In recent years, those drugs killed thousands including Martin Delany, Hank Wilson, Ferd Eggan, Belynda Dunn, Joe Carroccio, George Sanderson, Howard Jacobs and Joyce Hafford. Their decision to accept HIV treatments were based entirely upon the HIV tests that prosecutors cannot competently defend.

Since 2004, the pharmaceutical industry has paid $7 billion to settle criminal and civil complaints.

Will America Survive Islamofascisim?

Nearly 1400 years ago, a large number of Muslim jihadists from across the scorching Arabian desert, motivated by the ideology of Islam, indoctrinated by Muhammad, unafraid of death, conquered Iran (Persia), one of the greatest, strongest and most tolerant empires known throughout the history of man. The Bedouin Arabs who toppled the Sassanid Empire were propelled not only by a desire for conquest and to steal Persian Jewels and treasures, and also to enslave Iranian women and children, while imposing their barbaric ideology upon the entire population. With that, they almost destroyed one of the most benevolent religions of all humanity, Zoroastrianism, often called the mother of all revealed religions.

For this reason, Amil Imani wonders if America will survive Islamofascism.
